Pricing Questions Answered
Each individual RCS message sent to one recipient counts as one message. A campaign to 10,000 contacts = 10,000 messages. Multi-part messages with carousels or attachments count as a single message per recipient. SMS fallback messages (if RCS is unavailable on a device) are counted at 0.3 messages each.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
